Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mixed nuts
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Coconut Pieces
  • 2 Tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee divided
  • Cup Dates pit and chop
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Dry roast the nuts in a pan, one by one on low heat. Also, roast coconut pieces.
  • Run them n a blender just for a few seconds to get a coarse powder.
  • Roast sesame seeds.
  • Dry roast oats until it is hot to touch. Cool and powder it along with sesame seeds.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan over low heat, add in the chopped dates and roast till you get a soft mixture.
  • Mix dates paste, powdered nuts, powdered oats, cardamom powder and combine well.
  • Grease your hand with ghee, take small portions and start making balls.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add a little ghee or honey to bind.
  • Serve or store in an air tight container once they cool down.
