4-5Dry red chillies
1/2CupRaw Peanuts with skin
6-8Garlic pods with skinlightly crushed
1/2teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/4teaspoonAsafoetida
A Sprig Curry Leaves

Instructions
Heat oil in a wide deep pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and once the mustard starts to splutter, add dry red chillies, raw peanuts and fry till they are half roasted.
