Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Take a loaf pan and butter, or spray with a nonstick vegetable spray.
In a large bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients- flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add in the chopped cranberries, chopped nuts, orange zest and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients- beaten egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, orange juice and milk.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to combine.
Pour into the greased pan, Smoothing the top.
Bake for about 45 to 5o minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake just comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Glaze: Add 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice to the powdered sugar and mix well.
Drizzle over cooled bread, slice and serve..
