In a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil, yoghurt, and minced garlic. Mix well, add required warm water and knead to a smooth dough.
Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix minced garlic and finely chopped coriander.
After 30 minutes, divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
Dust with flour and roll to an oval shape.
On one side of the naan, sprinkle garlic coriander mixture and some nigella seeds & press to stick.
Turn the naan upside down, apply a few drops of water.
Heat a griddle over medium heat. Place the watery side on the griddle and close it with a lid.
Bubbles come out on naan surface, cook it for 1 minute.
Then turn the tawa upside down and roast the Naan directly on high flame till you get golden brown spots.
