Grab all the ingredients.
Mix baking powder and salt to the whole wheat flour and mix well.
Pulse/blend or mash the bananas till you get a smooth puree and set aside.
Take half the quantity of milk in a large bowl. To this add sugar and mix well.
Now add mashed banana and mix.
Add wheat flour to this and stir well to avoid any lumps.
Add rest of the milk slowly to the batter to get a dropping consistency of batter. Let it sit for 15 mins.
Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter and swirl in a circular motion and quickly spread it as dosa. Sprinkle oil on the sides and cook on both sides.
Remove once it it golden brown.
You can also make pancakes with the same batter.
Finish off the batter to make dosas/pancakes and turn off the heat.
