Dry roast the nuts in a pan, one by one on low heat. Also, roast coconut pieces.
Run them n a blender just for a few seconds to get a coarse powder.
Roast sesame seeds.
Dry roast oats until it is hot to touch. Cool and powder it along with sesame seeds.
Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan over low heat, add in the chopped dates and roast till you get a soft mixture.
Mix dates paste, powdered nuts, powdered oats, cardamom powder and combine well.
Grease your hand with ghee, take small portions and start making balls.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little ghee or honey to bind.
Serve or store in an air tight container once they cool down.
