Dalgona Coffee Recipes or Whipped Coffee is a frothy 3 ingredient coffee made using instant coffee powder. Simply mix and whip together equal parts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl until it’s light and frothy and then mixed with chilled milk.

Ingredients
2tbspInstant Coffee
2tbspSugar
2tbspHot water
FewIce cubesOptional
1CupCold Milk of your choice
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl place coffee, sugar and hot water (1:1:1 ratio).
Using an electric mixer or a hand mixer, whisk vigorously until it’s thick, creamy, light, frothy and soft peaks appear.
Add a few ice cubes and fill only 3/4 of a cup with cold milk.
Top it up generously with foamy whipped coffee. Dust some instant coffee powder.
Mix well before drinking.

Notes
Use only Instant Coffee Powder to make dalgona/whipped coffee.
If making small amount, you can use a milk frother to beat the coffee.
Never use an immersion blender to beat the mixture. The heat will make it taste bitter. So, use the blender that you use to make cakes.
The time taken varies depending on the type if mixer you are using.
You can store the beaten coffee foam in refrigerator (not freezer) for up to a week.
