Easy Mooli Paratha Recipe is a simple, light, flavourful & healthy Indian flatbread made with radish grate, whole wheat flour and a few spices.

For the Dough:
- 2 Cups Whole Wheat flour Chapati atta flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
- 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander
- 1½ Cups Shredded Radish
- Required water to knead the dough
For frying Parathas:
- Required Oil/ Butter/ Ghee to pan fry parathas
Combine all the ingredients under the section “For the dough” in a mixing bowl.
Now add enough water to make a soft and pliable dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
Dust with flour and roll each ball out into a round disc.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Place the rolled paratha on the pan and cook on till you see brown spots on both sides.
Smear some oil, ghee or butter while cooking the parathas.
Cook till you see some golden brown spots on both sides.
Once done remove from the pan and keep the parathas warm by stacking them in an aluminium foil or a kitchen towel while you continue to make the rest of the parathas.
Serve hot with any curry, yogurt or pickle.
